Terms of Service

1. About Alba
Alba Longevity is the trading name of [FULL LEGAL NAME AND LEGAL STRUCTURE], based at [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. [COMPANY NUMBER AND REGISTERED OFFICE, IF APPLICABLE].
Our website is www.alba-longevity.com. You can contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] or [TELEPHONE NUMBER].
In these terms, “Alba”, “we” and “us” mean the business identified above. “You” means the person using our website or engaging our services.
2. Our service
Alba provides personal coordination and introductions to independent medical teams offering longevity assessments, regenerative medicine and stem-cell treatment. Our agreed service may include arranging introductions and appointments, coordinating programme administration and providing practical information about your chosen destination.
We confirm the scope of Alba’s service in writing before you commit to a paid service. An enquiry or request for information does not commit you to treatment or a paid programme.
Alba does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medicines, administer treatment or provide emergency medical care. The responsible clinical provider delivers medical services under its own agreement with you.
3. Clinical providers and medical decisions
The treating medical team is responsible for clinical assessment, treatment recommendations, informed consent, treatment and clinical follow-up. Scientific or medical leadership within Alba does not replace the responsibilities of your treating clinicians.
Before treatment, the clinical provider should explain the proposed procedure, the evidence supporting it, material risks, alternatives, expected follow-up and costs. You should receive the provider’s identity, relevant terms and contact details before agreeing to care.
An introduction through Alba does not guarantee acceptance for treatment or a particular result. You remain free to seek independent medical advice and to decline a proposed treatment.
4. Programmes and included treatment
Website descriptions explain the general scope of our programmes. Your written programme proposal confirms the actual assessments, consultations, treatment sessions and monitoring included, the total duration, required attendance, clinical location and price.
Where your proposal states that stem-cell treatment is included, the treating team must first confirm that it is suitable and available for you. The proposal will identify the included treatment and any additional charges. Assessment of a health area does not mean that stem-cell treatment treats every condition affecting that area.
If the medical team decides the included treatment is unsuitable, the provider and Alba will explain the available options and the financial consequences before any alternative proceeds. Any revised service, treatment or price requires your agreement. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
Alba does not promise reversal of ageing, cure of disease or a particular change in biological age, symptoms or test results. Outcomes vary between individuals.
5. Fees, payment and referral relationships
Before you enter a paid agreement, we will provide the price of Alba’s service, any applicable taxes, the payment schedule and what is included. Any clinic fees or other third-party costs will be clearly identified. Additional work or charges require your agreement.
Medical fees are payable to the provider identified in your proposal, under that provider’s payment terms. [CONFIRM WHETHER ALBA EVER COLLECTS CLINIC FEES; IF SO, REPLACE THIS PARAGRAPH WITH THE AGREED COLLECTION AND REFUND ARRANGEMENT.]
Alba’s fee arrangements are: [STATE WHETHER ALBA CHARGES A CLIENT FEE, RECEIVES A CLINIC REFERRAL COMMISSION, OR BOTH, AND DESCRIBE HOW THIS AFFECTS THE CLIENT’S PRICE]. We explain relevant financial relationships before you commit. Our introductions are made within our partner network and do not represent a comparison of every clinic or treatment available.
6. Your information and participation
Please provide accurate contact and scheduling information and tell us promptly about changes that affect arrangements.
Give complete and accurate medical information directly to your treating team, including medicines, supplements, allergies and relevant medical history. Follow the team’s preparation and aftercare instructions and ask them about any concerns.
Do not submit medical records through our general enquiry form. We explain any secure process for necessary information separately.
7. Cancellation of Alba’s service
If you are a consumer and enter a qualifying distance or off-premises contract for Alba’s coordination service, you generally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. This clause concerns Alba’s service; cancellation rights for separately contracted healthcare or travel services may differ.
To cancel, email [EMAIL ADDRESS] with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your name and the date of the agreement. You may use the cancellation wording below, but you do not have to.
If you expressly ask us to start during the cancellation period, we will explain the effect on your cancellation rights and obtain the necessary request and acknowledgement. If you then cancel, any charge for work already supplied will be proportionate and made only where the law permits. You lose the cancellation right after full performance only where the legal conditions, including your prior express request and acknowledgement, have been met.
Where a refund is due under these cancellation rights, we will make it within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days of being told of your cancellation, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
After any statutory cancellation period, Alba’s agreed cancellation and rescheduling charges are: [INSERT FAIR, SPECIFIC POLICY, NOTICE PERIODS AND HOW CHARGES RELATE TO WORK OR LOSSES]. We disclose these before you book. Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights.
Suggested cancellation wording:
To [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME AND EMAIL]: I give notice that I wish to cancel my agreement for [SERVICE], entered into on [DATE]. My name is [NAME], my address is [ADDRESS], and the date of this notice is [DATE].
8. Clinic cancellations and changes
Clinical providers have their own booking, cancellation and refund terms. These must be available before you commit to their services. Cancelling Alba’s coordination service does not automatically cancel a separate clinic booking, and vice versa, although you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Contact us promptly if arrangements change. We can help communicate with the provider, but cannot promise a refund on its behalf.
If Alba cannot provide its agreed service, we will discuss alternatives with you and refund any amount due for services not supplied. Material changes require your agreement and will not affect your statutory rights.
9. Travel and destination recommendations
Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, hotels, flights, transport, meals and other destination services are not included. You book and pay the relevant providers directly. Alba may recommend or introduce providers but does not sell package holidays under these terms.
Check travel documents, visa requirements and suitable insurance, including whether planned medical treatment and complications are covered. Discuss fitness to travel and recovery time with your clinicians before making non-refundable bookings.
If Alba later sells combined travel arrangements, separate appropriate terms will be provided before booking.
10. Website information and the Journal
Website and Journal content provides general information. It does not replace an individual assessment or advice from your treating clinician. Personal experiences describe that person’s experience and do not predict your outcome.
We aim to keep information accurate and current. Availability, programme details and prices must be confirmed in your written proposal. This does not allow us to disregard information or promises that are binding under consumer law.
Seek appropriate local medical care for urgent symptoms. Alba’s contact channels are not emergency services.
11. Our responsibility
We will provide our agreed coordination service with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of the agreement or failure to meet that standard, subject to applicable law.
Independent providers are responsible for the services they supply. This does not exclude Alba’s responsibility for its own actions, representations, negligence or obligations.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Website use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access or copy content for commercial use without permission.
Website text, branding and images belong to Alba or the relevant rights holders. Research cited on the website remains the work of its authors and publishers.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Alba handles personal information. Clinical providers give their own privacy information for medical records, treatment and any clinical technology they use.
14. Complaints
For complaints about Alba’s service, contact [COMPLAINTS EMAIL] with the details. We aim to acknowledge complaints within [NUMBER] working days and provide a substantive response within [NUMBER] working days, or explain when further investigation is needed.
Complaints about treatment should also be directed to the clinical provider. We can assist with communication where appropriate. Your right to contact regulators, obtain independent advice or seek legal remedies is unaffected.
15. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the law applicable to you, including where you habitually live.
We may update these website terms. Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing paid agreement without your agreement or a lawful basis. The relevant version is supplied when you enter that agreement.
