Frequently Asked Questions
Each Alba programme combines assessment across its stated health areas, a personal biological ageing profile, medical interpretation, included stem-cell treatment subject to clinical suitability and the agreed protocol, a personal health plan and its stated clinical reviews. Your plan covers agreed nutrition, lifestyle and prevention advice. Alba coordinates your practical journey and gives you access to The Alba Edit. Your programme also includes access to the clinic’s results portal. Your individual proposal confirms the tests, scans and monitoring included.
Your medical team recommends an individual protocol based on your health history and assessment findings. Stem-cell treatment is included in Alba Two, Three, Six and Nine subject to clinical suitability and the agreed protocol. Other regenerative approaches or focused treatments are included only when listed in your proposal. The team explains the evidence, risks and alternatives before you decide.
Cancer treatment and NK-cell therapy are separate specialist pathways. They are not included in Alba’s longevity programmes. If findings raise a concern, your clinician explains appropriate investigation and any separate specialist care. Learn more about Cancer Diagnostics and Care.

Your treating medical team reviews your history and findings, explains the options and confirms suitability. The clinicians remain responsible for diagnosis, prescribing, consent and treatment. Alba arranges introductions and practical coordination.

You pay the clinic directly for your medical programme or treatment. Alba does not charge you directly for its introduction or coordination services. We receive a referral commission from the clinic. Travel, hotels and other separately booked services are paid directly to their providers.
The four Alba longevity programmes include their stated clinical reviews and AI-powered integration of assessment and monitoring data. Your clinicians interpret the information and discuss recommendations. Monitoring periods are 2 weeks for Alba Two, 3 months for Alba Three, 6 months for Alba Six and 9 months for Alba Nine. Reviews may lead to further tests or treatment where appropriate; your clinician confirms the review content and included treatment. You have access to the clinic’s client portal to view the data made available by your medical team. This is separate from Alba’s itinerary and practical coordination service.
Your proposal confirms which tests, scans, monitoring and treatment are included. Further investigations, repeat tests, skincare products and treatment for a diagnosed condition are included only if expressly listed. Your team explains any separately recommended care and its cost before you agree.
