Personalised longevity
Two people of the same age are rarely ageing in the same way.
Chronological age says very little about how a body is actually functioning. Personalised longevity medicine begins from the opposite direction: what is happening in this individual, and what does that suggest about what should happen next.
Beyond the annual check
More information, better used.
A conventional health check is designed to detect disease that has already declared itself. It is useful, but it is a snapshot, and it is calibrated to population averages rather than to you.
Personalised longevity medicine widens the field of view. Genetics, epigenetics, biomarkers, metabolic and inflammatory patterns, biological-age indicators and other clinically relevant assessments are read together, in the context of your history, physiology and life.
The purpose is not to collect data for its own sake. It is to give the medical team enough context to decide, with you, what is worth acting on now — and what should simply be watched.
Longevity, in this sense, is less about lifespan than healthspan: the number of years in which you are well enough to enjoy your life.

Clinical network
Delivered under specialist medical direction.
Alba curates and coordinates. The medical partners diagnose, prescribe and treat. Keeping that line clear protects the client above all.
Division of responsibility
Who is accountable for what.
Alba owns the client relationship: curation, communication, clinical introduction and continuity of the journey. We can also provide carefully selected travel and stay recommendations around each location, while bookings remain directly between you and the chosen provider.
The medical team owns diagnosis, prescribing, treatment decisions and clinical care. Programmes are delivered under specialist medical direction through the clinical network, with scientific direction from Professor Karim Nayernia.
Diagnostics may be undertaken in your preferred network location, while any treatment is arranged in the location whose clinical protocols, licensing and regulatory framework permit the recommended intervention.
Alba is not a travel agent or a full concierge service, and is not a substitute for your own physician. Advanced interventions may be considered only where clinically appropriate, subject to medical assessment, and where lawfully available.
